1. You may only upload email lists you lawfully control and are authorized to process for marketing analytics.
2. The service produces aggregate audience insights and PAUSED draft Google Ads campaigns. You are responsible for reviewing, budgeting, and enabling any campaign, and for compliance of your advertising.
3. Enrichment runs consume paid vendor data; runs execute only after the operator approves an estimated budget. Estimates are ranges, not quotes; the approved budget is a hard cap.
4. Accounts are approved by the operator and may be suspended for abuse. Upload limits apply.
5. Upload first-party email lists you are authorized to use. Emails are one-way hashed during processing and the raw file is deleted after your run. We do not retain readable addresses. Enrichment uses licensed data vendors and produces aggregate audience insights only; no individual profiles are exposed and no individual outreach is performed. Campaign exports are created as PAUSED in your own Google Ads account, for your review, budgeting, and enablement.
